● Warranty is only applicable in case of a logical manufacturing defect; Customer must notify within 24 hours.
● We’ll provide you the accurate and best after sales Service for any inconvenience
● Count down starts from the day you received the product.
● READ THE USER MANUAL or the product usage instruction manual description from internet before use the any product,
● Customer must keep the product box and all its accessories intact. If any scratch or mishandling found by authority warranty will be revoked.
Warranty will be revoked automatically in order to following technical circumstances & Read the Full
Warranty & Other Policies:
● Usage of equipment other than its normal and customer manner,
● Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification being carried out,
● Misuse, not knowing how to use a product properly, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product,
● Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product,
● Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust, or the use of wrong voltage,
● Lightening, accident or negligible use,
● War, fire typhoon floor or earthquake,
Or any type of self-made issue will not be accepted for warranty or replacement. We’re selling 100% branded original authorized product Only and every product is QC Passed. There is only 0.1% Chance of manufacturing bug.
Whenever a warranty is requested, we’ll check the product and its accessories. if we found any of the above problem or any self-made problems, no service or replacement will be provided. If there is no such issue, we’ll provide you with necessary service.
● Customer must have video proof of unboxing the product and product package to file any complaint for “broken” issue, “Color” Issue, “Wrong Product” Issue, “Quantity” Issue or any abnormalities after receiving any product from home delivery or Courier Service.
● Without Unboxing video no complaint, service and Replacement will be considered.
After Receiving the product from delivery man or Courier office customer must make an unboxing video of the product & its full box instantly and save the file for future support.
Sometimes there are some scam fake person/Customer orders to us and after receiving the product they replace it with Replica, broken or Faulty item and ask for replacement or service, so for our safety please keep a video record of the product and its box clearly for understand.
● No Complain or issue will be accepted after 24 hours.
● Customer must Keep the Product box, Product and all its accessories fresh and scratch less for the first 24 hours. We’ll not accept any type of scratch on product, not even a tiny scratch. Please be careful about use for the first 24 hours.
Note: Maximum product is imported from abroad and there are many brand dealer whose office is not available in Bangladesh. That’s why the defect loss is completely our own loss, so kindly keep the product fresh so that we can send them back.
● Any type of Replacement or brand warranty support applicable only one time during the whole warranty period including official & other warranty products.
● If the product misbehaves or becomes dead after a certain time, we’re not responsible for any such occurrence. You’re most welcome to check the product authenticity, we’re truly responsible to give you the genuine product.
Brand/Official & Other Warranty Product Warranty Policy:
1) Notify us during the warranty period.
2) We will communicate with brand/Supplier/Dealer/Distributor within 15 working days. We’ll try our best to communicate with them as soon as possible. But it may take some time for shipment delay & other reason
3) In case of official warranty & other warranty, decision totally depend on official distributor & importer and it may require some time. If Dealer rejects to give service or if they don’t respond, Extreme Gadgets will not be liable for any kinds of complaint regarding official distributed product. You can sue them directly if you want to, Only the warranty provider company & importer is responsible for the warranty. we are just the authorized reseller of them. We take products from them and just retail as like other retailer & shop.
Any type of Warranty can be claimed from the Distributor or Dealer or Importer, But We’ll Process the Communication with them if required and you’ll get maximum support from us.
4) Must keep the Official Warranty Sticker & Memo provided by us, the sticker will be available on the Product box, Over Poly or memo, if you don’t find any sticker, please inform us.
5) Customer must keep the product box and all box included all accessories intact within the whole warranty period. Supplier/company strictly requires these for warranty procedure. So, we cannot proceed to warranty processing without these. If any scratch or mishandling found by authority warranty will be revoked.
6) If any Product Model is not available or Discontinued, You have to take another product by increasing your budget or same budget.
1) Customer will bear own shipping cost for any service or replacement. You can bring it to our any shop or send it by someone if you wish. Our shop is always open, If there is any quantity, color, wrong product issue from our end we’ll bear the cost fully.
2) If there is any refund issue, delivery cost is non-refundable. We will deduct the shipping cost from refund amount
Note: Extreme Gadgets reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. For availing any kind of after sales, Customer has to bring the product to our physical shop or send it to our shop with cash memo received from purchase.
“Extreme Gadgets” is dedicated to provide a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers. We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers. However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.
1) If you received used product must notify in-front of delivery man.
2) If you received a physically damaged, faulty Product after opening package – (Must notify with 24 Hours inside Dhaka)
3) If you received a physically damaged from courier service (i.e Sundarban courier) you must need video to show prove.
4) If the Product is completely different from the picture on the website (Must notify with 24 Hours)
5) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint if the return is regarding product. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without Unboxing video no complaint will be considered.
Product quality is up to manufacturer. As we’re not the manufacturer you cannot return an item which you’re not satisfied with the quality.
We do not support software related issue (Bugs, improvements) these are all out of our support policy.
1) You cannot return an item which wasn’t intact and you break the seal.
2) No return or replacement applicable for flash deal or offer items products.
3) If you cancel order after dispatched, you must have to pay delivery charges.
4) We don’t have any kind of exchange policy.
5) For the sake of minor mistakes in the products image, description, information, or illogical issue will be simply ignored. These are all out of our support policy.
6) To return, customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely.
7) Extreme Gadgets will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to Extreme Gadget’s address.
8) For Inside Dhaka we request customers to come our offline shop that they can explain problem and get prompt solution. This is mandatory depending on the problem.
9) For return you must have to courier it to our address within 48 hours.
1) If you changed mind & cancel order before the Products is already shipped.
2) If the item is out of stock and you requested to get your money back.
1) Most refunds are fully refunded in 7-15 days after we receive and process your return.
2) If you pay us by using card, then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-15 working days. (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
3) If you pay us by Bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added in your desired account within 7-15 working days.
