Does not support charging of iPhone 13 Pro with a case when placed horizontally.

When used separately, press the button to activate if the portable charger is placed horizontally.

Not compatible with iPhone 11 Pro Max or earlier models with a magnetic case.

The battery of 633 Magnetic Wireless Charger does not have a foldable kickstand. Hence, the charger cannot be used to charge the 622 magnetic battery.

5) Customer must have video proof of unboxing to file any complaint if the return is regarding product. If there is any problem it has to be visible in the video. Without Unboxing video no complaint will be considered.
